(2) Categories of recipients We use service providers to provide our social media offerings (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, XING). The data you transmit to us as part of our social media offerings is automatically transmitted to the respective social media platform operators. 

e. When you visit one of our websites on which a YouTube video is playing We use the provider YouTube to embed videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC with its headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google. On some of our websites we use plug-ins from the provider YouTube. When you access websites that contain such a plug-in, a connection is established to the YouTube servers and the plug-in is displayed. This transmits to the YouTube server which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of YouTube, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When you use the plug-in, e.g. by clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account and other user accounts of YouTube LLC and Google before using our websites and deleting the corresponding cookies from the companies. When our website is accessed again using the same device, these are sent back either to our website (“first party cookie”) or to another website to which the cookie belongs (“third party cookie”). (3) Use of Google Analytics We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”), on our websites. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your device and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. (5) Google Tag Manager: This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags via one interface. The tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not store any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been carried out at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. (6) Google Search Console We use the Google Search Console to monitor our website technically for errors. The Google Search Console is a free service that we can use to monitor and manage our presence in the Google search index. There we have access to data and information that Google has about our website. No user or tracking data is transmitted from our site to Google. We only receive data from Google about our website. 3. How long do we store your personal data? We delete your personal data when the respective purpose of storage no longer applies and no legal regulation requires retention. 

4. What rights do you have as a data subject? To exercise your rights and to withdraw your consent, please use the contact details above. 

a) You have the right to request information about all personal data that we process about you at any time. 

b) If your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to rectification and completion. 

c) You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time, provided that we are not legally obliged or authorized to further process your data.
